We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all of our products are made to order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at gabrielainfo08@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
